English: Pronunciation and Oral Proficiency (years 4-6)

The course provides and overview of English phonology, connected to exercises in pronunciation and phonetic transcription. It also introduces examples of different variants of English and also raises the awareness of common pronunciation issues and ways to work with these. Students will do assignments intended to develop their communication skills in English.

Progressive specialisation: G1N (has only upper‐secondary level entry requirements)

Admission requirements: General admission requirements and field-specific eligibility 2 barring a second foreign langauge

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
