Research publications in DiVA
From 1 January 2012, all publications by researchers at Karlstad University must be registered in DiVA. DiVA stands for Digitala vetenskapliga arkivet (Academic Archive Online) and is an electronic publishing system for research publications and student theses. It replaces the previous Research Database at Karlstad University.
One purpose of using DiVA is to make electronic publishing easy by creating and disseminating information such as articles, reports, books and other content to the reader via the internet. This increases the chances that research findings are read and spread by more people than through traditional publishing outlets.
