MadWIFI with medium sensing extension

This version of MadWIFI measures how much percent of time the medium is sensed busy due to CCA and exports this value to /proc/sys/dev/wifi<X>/busyfraction (replace <X> with the number of your card, e.g. 0 for the first card).

Furthermore, the driver has an extension to monitor for each associated client the number of transmitted and received bytes. The values can be obtained from /proc/net/madwifi/ath<Y>/associated_sta (replace <Y> with the number for the VAP, e.g. 0 for ath0).
