Engineering: Chemical Engineering (300 ECTS credits)
As a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, you will be able to use your knowledge of chemical bonding, chemical reaction, and chemical engineering processes to develop new materials or to develop new production methods adapted to people and the environment. The knowledge you bring is indispensable for resolving problems where chemical properties are involved, for instance, in terms of material quality, combustion, pollution, and sustainable development.
Education level: Basic level
Prerequisites: Fall-13: Basic prerequisites and Mathematics E, Physics B och Chemistry A. Area prerequisite 9. Spring-14: Basic prerequisites and Mathematics C, Physics A och Chemistry A. If you begin with the spring semester you will take one semester of preparatory courses. From the fall semester you will follow the ordinary programme.
