Social analysis and organizing (180 ECTS credits)
New forms of knowledge and management are required in a rapidly changing society. A social analyst applies perspectives and methods in sociology and social psychology to analyse and contribute to change in this complex environment. Programme students learn to develop organising at the levels of individual, group and society. This is the first programme in Sweden to offer studies in Public Sociology.
Education level: Basic level
Prerequisites: General admission requirements, plus either field-specific eligibility A5 (Mathematics 2a or 2b or 2c, Social science 1b or 1a1+1a2) or field-specific eligibility 5 (Mathematics B and Social science A). Elective programme courses may have different admission requirements.
