Human Resource Management and Work Organisation (180 ECTS credits)
Can you imagine a society without work? Work is vital to the existence of society, and our lives. Therefore we need people who can identify and analyse problems concerning work and its functions. This programme offers a broad knowledge base in social and behavioural sciences, preparing you for future employment in human resource management and work organisation.
Education level: Basic level
Prerequisites: General adminssion requirements plus upper secondary school level Mathetmatics B and Social Science A (field-specific eligibility 5). Students who choose Business Administration in term 4 and 5 are required to have upper secondary scholl level English B, Mathematics C and Social Science A (filed-specific eligibility 4)
