Service Innovation (7.5 ECTS credits)
The course covers the role of service innovation in service companies and industries. There is a special emphasis on how organizations can develop new service and service innovations through out the service development process. The role of customer co-creation is included in all the different themes of the course, which are the theory of service innovation, development for service maintenance, development for improving service performance and development for service innovation.

Admission requirements:
Business Administration 90 ECTS cr, including at least 30 ECTS cr at G2F-level or higher. Upper Secondary English 6, English B, or equivalent.
Or
At least 60 ECTS credits from Master Programme with a Profile in Service Science (SAMSS) or equivalent. Upper Secondary English 6, English B, or equivalent. - Selection: Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
